Surfskatebanzo.com sells products to adults who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use surfskatebanzo.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content or cancel orders at anytime. If we have reason to suspect a risk of fraud associated with your order, we will contact you – please respond promptly – if you don’t, we’ll cancel the order.
Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via CTT. The shipping rate to Portugal is 2.50€. The shipping rate to Europe is 5.00€ and Rest of The World shipping rates is 7,00€. Duties & Taxes are not included and the recipient will be responsible for paying these charges. We are not responsable for extra Costumes Services taxes according to the country you live.
Please allow 7 business days for order processing, verification, and for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We do not refund shipping fees if the order is returned or refused due to address error or refusal by you, the customer.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped worldwide. All products and shipping are subjugated to Portugal sales tax of 23%.
